What Is Covered

The SLA applies to all hosted applications, background workers, and cron jobs running on SupaDeploy infrastructure.

Application Availability

Your web apps and APIs respond to HTTP requests without 5xx errors attributable to our infrastructure.

Background Workers

Long-running processes and background jobs remain operational and are restarted automatically on failure.

Cron Jobs

Scheduled tasks execute within a reasonable window of their scheduled time without missed executions.

Network Connectivity

Inbound and outbound network access to your hosted services remains available and performant.

Exclusions

The following are not covered under this SLA:

  • Downtime caused by your application code, configuration errors, or dependency failures outside our infrastructure
  • Scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 24 hours in advance via status page or email
  • Events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including upstream provider outages, DDoS attacks, or acts of nature
  • Free trial accounts or accounts with unpaid balances
  • Supabase database availability (governed by Supabase's own SLA)
  • Third-party integrations and external APIs called by your application

How Uptime Is Measured

Synthetic Monitoring

We run health checks every 60 seconds from multiple regions against each hosted application.

Incident Detection

An incident is declared when 2 consecutive checks from 2 or more regions fail. Single-region blips do not count.

Uptime Calculation

Uptime % = (total minutes in month − downtime minutes) / total minutes × 100. Published on our public status page.

Automatic Credits

Credits are calculated and applied at the end of each billing cycle without requiring a support ticket.
