1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SupaDeploy.com ("SupaDeploy", "we", "us", or "our") services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Services

SupaDeploy provides cloud hosting infrastructure for web applications, background workers, cron jobs, and related services. Our platform is designed to host AI-generated applications, Supabase-backed applications, and modern web applications with predictable pricing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must create an account to use SupaDeploy services. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.

4. Payment and Billing

SupaDeploy offers a 60-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. After the trial, continued use of the service requires a valid payment method on file.

Billing terms:

  • Fees are billed monthly in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law
  • We may change our fees at any time with 30 days' notice
  • You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your use of the services
  • Overdue accounts may result in service suspension

Service credits issued under our SLA will be applied to your next invoice and are not redeemable for cash.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SupaDeploy services to:

  • Host content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or fraudulent
  • Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited communications
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Mine cryptocurrency without explicit authorization
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks or other disruptive activities
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Resell our services without prior written consent

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all code, data, and content you deploy on SupaDeploy. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the services.

SupaDeploy and its logos, trademarks, and service marks are the property of SupaDeploy. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of SupaDeploy services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Uptime and SLA

We target 99.99% monthly uptime for all hosted services. Our full uptime commitment, credit schedule, and exclusions are described in our Service Level Agreement. The SLA is your sole remedy for service unavailability.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export your content.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPADEPLOY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO SUPADEPLOY IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
